"A Living-Room of the 1930's"

Hadera’s overcoming its hard times is demonstrated in this room. It is furnished with items brought by pioneer families from Eastern Europe as early as 1891. Additional artifacts of the 1920’s and the 1930’s show the vitality of the life in Hadera .
The French-made ornamented floor of 1924, was transferred to the exhibition from a neighboring house. The chandelier and the radio-gramophone attest to the fact that electricity was supplied to the settlement in 1930.
